Переопределение контроллера Magento не работает в других системах

Я установил Magento CE 1.9.2.4 в своей локальной системе.

Теперь я успешно переопределил Admin >> CMS >> Static Block controller в своей локальной системе таким образом, что при сохранении любого static_block отображается сообщение The block <block_identifier> was saved.

Но когда я устанавливаю этот модуль на сервер или в какую-либо другую систему, он вообще не работает.
