Отображение всех ошибок и предупреждений
ОБНОВЛЕНИЕ 2:
Теперь я удалил следующее из файла .php:

Я установил display_erros в php.ini следующим образом:
Отображение_ошибок = Включено
Для отчетов об ошибках в php.ini установлено следующее значение
Сообщение об ошибке =E_ALL |E_STRICT
После перезапуска apache я по-прежнему не получаю ошибок/предупреждений.

После чего я перезапустил apache, например
/etc/init.d/перезапуск apache2
Но страница все равно не будет отображать ошибки/предупреждения любого рода.
ОРИГИНАЛЬНЫЙ ВОПРОС:
Следующий сценарий генерирует предупреждение, потому что $err находится внутри оператора if. Почему это предупреждение не отображается на странице php в веб-браузере? Мне нужно просмотреть журналы apache, чтобы увидеть предупреждение. Кроме того, если я намеренно изменю "вставить в" на "удалить в", на странице php не отобразится ошибка. Почему ошибки не отображаются на реальной странице php?

Ошибки отображения могут быть отключены в файле конфигурации php.ini или в файле конфигурации Apache.
Вы можете включить его в скрипте:
error_reporting(E_ALL);

Для чистого развития я выбираю:
error_reporting = E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE ^ E_WARNING
Также не забудьте поставить display_errors в положение on
display_errors = On
После этого перезапустите свой сервер для apache на Ubuntu:
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
Я смог получить все ошибки с помощью кода ниже:-
